Returns and Refunds

⚠️ Please carefully check your delivery address, phone number, and all your information before confirming your order.

In the case of incorrect information provided by the customer (wrong address, invalid phone number, incomplete name, etc.), after one week or after the parcel has been dispatched, changes or redelivery cannot be guaranteed.

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also be able to present a receipt or other proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at info@kalviko.com. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the matter and rectify the problem.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including perishable items such as food, flowers, or plants; custom-made or personally tailored products; and hygiene and personal care products such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns of hazardous goods, flammable liquids, or gases. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about a specific item.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the right product is to return the item you have. Once the return has been approved, you can place a new order separately.

EU Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
