All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, delivery may be slightly delayed, in which case we will notify you via email.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are estimates only. Once your order has been dispatched, it is typically delivered within 7 to 15 business days. Together with our processing time of 1 to 3 business days, the total time from order to delivery is generally 8 to 18 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or courier delays.

Orders are delivered via trackable standard shipping through reliable couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, UPS, or the local postal service in the recipient's country, depending on your location. All orders are sent with tracking, and a tracking number is provided as soon as your order has been dispatched.
